These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Bearded Elf Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), including holiday light installation, maintenance, and removal services in Granbury, Texas and the surrounding DFW area. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Bearded Elf Co. provides custom Christmas and holiday lighting design, installation, maintenance, removal and storage for residential and commercial properties. Specific scope, pricing, and timeline for your project will be outlined in your individual quote or proposal.
Quotes and Proposals
Quotes are based on the information and property access provided at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was assessed (for example, undisclosed roofline hazards or additional footage requested on-site).
Scheduling
Installation and removal dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any schedule changes as early as possible via text, email, or phone.
Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required to confirm your installation date, depending on the size and scope of your project.
- Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless other arrangements are made in writing.
- We accept the payment methods listed at the time of invoicing. Payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment processor.
- Overdue invoices may be subject to reminder communications via text and email.
Communication Consent
By providing your phone number and email address, you agree that Bearded Elf Co. may contact you regarding quotes, scheduling, service reminders, invoicing, and requests for reviews or feedback. You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP, and you may unsubscribe from email communications using the link provided in those emails.
Property Access and Care
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the purposes of estimating, installing, maintaining, and removing lighting. We take care to protect your property during installation and removal, and we will promptly address any accidental damage caused by our crew.
Photos and Marketing
We may photograph completed installations for use in proposals, our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. If you would prefer your property not be used in marketing materials, let us know and we will honor that request.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or scheduling commitments have been made on your behalf.
Limitation of Liability
Bearded Elf Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage to roofs, gutters, siding, or landscaping discovered during installation, nor for damage caused by severe weather after installation is complete. We carry appropriate insurance for our installation work.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
